  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time — details will be provided on the product page or via email.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
  • All orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or local postal services, depending on your location.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item.
  • International orders may incur additional customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Estimated Delivery Times
  • Domestic orders: 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Customs & Import Taxes
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping provider to investigate. However, we are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses.
