Refund & Return Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@joannleeart.com for further instructions.
Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
